You might be wondering “therapy through connection” — what does that really mean? I recently had someone ask me that question, and as I paused to reflect, the answer was easy. It’s why I do this job and what makes me love this work. It’s the connections I form with my clients, becoming their support system, their advocate, and helping them connect in a way that feels natural and effortless all while creating change.

As you step into my office, my aim is for you to sense a welcoming atmosphere, filled with warmth. I want you to know that I genuinely care, placing great value on the therapeutic relationship and the connection we build. Another distinctive aspect of therapy with me is that I communicate with you like a person, a fellow human being. We can share laughter, have genuine conversations, and at times, even shed a tear together.

This connection to personal growth is an incredible journey, and I’m eager to witness where it will lead you.
